Never before like this year, have we longed for the arrival of summer and on 27th June we can finally reopen our doors! To guarantee that nothing impedes a relaxing and safe holiday, all the hygienic- sanitary regulations will be rigorously respected. On this page, therefore, we will supply you with all the information and updates to this regard.

We are fortunate because…

The Majestic is an elegant boutique hotel, family run. It hosts just 39 rooms which guarantee privacy, safety and tranquillity, for a holiday in close contact with the splendid nature of the Dolomites of Brenta, World Heritage Site UNESCO, where the cool and pleasant mountain breezes are capable of regenerating body, mind and spirit.

For more than fifty years, the Maturi Family has made their hotel mission their own passion offering a style of holiday based on exclusivity, elegance and attention to every minimal detail. All this to guarantee a stay full of harmonious experiences and complete refreshment for all the senses. In fact, even though the hotel is situated in the centre of Madonna di Campiglio, the chaos of the city will seem like a distant memory.

The privileged position that the Majestic enjoys is then confirmed, by the closeness of the 5 Laghi Cable car - just a few steps from the door – whilst the Spinale cable car is just 200m away. Both lead directly to the mountains.

We work hard to guarantee your health and safety. We are constantly informed about the situation, ready to adopt all the necessary procedures and to train our staff accordingly.

In the meantime, we have implemented the following precautionary measures:

  • Masks
    On arrival, we provide a mask to every guest.
    All the staff of our hotel wears protection over the nose and mouth. Furthermore, to guarantee the safety of all, we ask you to wear the mask in all communal areas.
  • Minimum distance
    Our staff will respect the minimum distance of 1m. In some points of the hotel, we have positioned some signs which indicate the minimum distance. We ask you to observe them carefully. In several areas (main reception, restaurant, etc.), we have installed panels in plexiglass for protection.
  • Maximum number of people
    For some rooms, a specific maximum capacity has been defined, especially in the communal areas. We ask you to follow the indications and the instructions of our staff.
  • Hygiene and disinfection
    Throughout the hotel, dispensers for hand disinfectant are available. Furthermore, every room is cleaned and sanitized at regular intervals; in particular hand rails, door handles, work surfaces, lifts, changing rooms, rest rooms, etc.
  • Restaurant
    In the restaurant, the space between the tables has been increased to guarantee the respect of the minimum distance.
    You can also make use of our room service for breakfast or dinner. Our staff at reception will be pleased to supply you with all the information in regard.
  • Lounge bar
    The distance between the tables has been increased. The Lounge Bar is also frequented by external guests, always in respect of the hygienic-sanitary measures.
  • Room
    The daily cleaning of the room, as always, is carried out according to the highest standards. Furthermore, the surfaces are cleaned and sanitized to guarantee the safety of all the guests.
    Through room service, we serve breakfast and dinner directly to your room. Our staff at reception is available for eventual explanations.
    We kindly ask you to well ventilate your room and to wash and disinfect your hands as well as wearing a mask when room service is being made.
  • Sky Wellness and Sky Beauty
    The entire wellness area is open and can be used as usual by respecting the minimum distance. Wellness treatments are also carried out in compliance with all safety measures.
  • Payment by card
    The devices prepared for electronic payments are disinfected after every use.
  • External guests
    Only staying guests may enter the hotel. External guests may only use the Lounge Bar, with respect to the hygienic-sanitary measures.

Due to the current situation, we have modified our cancellation policies to render them even more flexible.


Cancellation policies

  • Up to 7 days prior to arrival, cancellation is free.
  • In case of cancellation made from 6 to 2 days prior to arrival, 30% of the holiday cost will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation 1 day prior to the date of arrival, 80% of the holiday cost will be charged.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the holiday cost will be charged.

August bank holiday

  • Up to 15 days prior to arrival, the cancellation is free of charge for direct bookings.
  • In case of cancellations made from 14 to 2 days prior to arrival, 30% of the holiday cost will be charged.
  • In case of cancellations made 1 day prior to arrival, 80% of the holiday cost will be charged.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the holiday cost will be charged.
